Clients may e-mail orders, however - CSC is not held on e-mailed orders.

Clients are always asked to call orders in. We like to talk with you. However, not all people can call during market hours. A client may be overseas, working or studying the markets at night, any number of reasons.

All e-mailed order are replied to immediately with a confirmed "received" message. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail. You must assume that we never received the order and that is was not placed.
